Professional Development Services Offered by the Dual Language Training Institute - 2010 The Dual Language Training Institute offers comprehensive professional development as well as technical assistance (through campus/classroom visits) on the development and implementation of the Gómez & Gómez 50/50 Dual Language Enrichment Model. Services are offered at a district's or school's request and delivered at the respective site. Services are also offered in a region for multiple district participation (accommodates services to smaller districts). The Institute contracts with education professionals that have extensive expertise in the various elements of the model. Below is a list of professional development services offered to ALL districts in various regions of the state of Texas and in Washington state in support of consistent implementation of our DLE model.
